The Balanced Man Plan has been developed and maintained by Logan Cohen, a professional therapist and life coach who has personally been through many of the trials & tribulations that keep Men stuck in Modern Society.

 

With over 15 years in the field as a wilderness counselor, suicide hotline operator, and now Counseling Practice Owner - it is time to create a safe & comfortable place for Men to find natural solutions.

CORE

The Core Areas of The Balanced Man Plan provide the foundation of Balance – our “load-bearing walls.” A solid foundation in The Core Areas will set us up for Health & Happiness through the rest of our Life while on the other hand, a lack of balance will put the general Health & Happiness of Self & Loved Ones at risk most quickly.

 

The Core Areas of The Balanced Man Plan are Purpose, Physical Health, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Identity, and Family. We must prioritize Core Areas because when they go out of Balance, this will influence the rest of Life and Loved Ones most directly.

SUPPORT

The Support Areas of the Balanced Man Plan provide reinforcement. These include Spirituality/Faith, Intimacy/Sex, Friendship, and Financial/Professional Life. While these Support Areas are not as central to Balance as the Core Areas, they have a very important jobs of their own. Support Areas help us maintain Balance in times of transition, instability, or even crisis. If something in our Core starts to swing too hard in one direction, the Support Areas help us correct the issue - just like the roof of a Home also helps to support the walls.

By taking an active approach whenever possible with these Support Areas, we can make sure that our Life is reinforced so that Balance can be sustained during hard times.
